Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of transaction accounting, specifically focusing on inflows (e.g., revenue, investments) and outflows (e.g., expenses, payments).
• Prepare and review financial reports related to inflow and outflow transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform detailed financial analysis on inflow and outflow data to advise on business decisions and forecast future financial performance.
• Collaborate with the finance, operations, and legal teams to assess financial transactions and ensure alignment with the company’s financial strategy.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, providing insights into liquidity and working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and standards, such as IFRS or GAAP.
• Manage and assist in RERA Audits.
• Assist in conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
• Provide transaction advisory services for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Manage financial controls to prevent fraud and errors in financial transactions.
• Support external audits by preparing necessary financial data and documentation.
