Title: Accountant

Looking for Experience within 12- 15 years. Working within the Payroll Accounting team applicant will handle US, UK, Middle East or Australia payroll and benefits accounting activities and liaise with Payroll, Tax, benefits and HR teams in various geographical locations.

Maintains accounting relating to payroll and handles the reconciliation of these accounts in multiple ERP systems. Maintains payroll journal and ensures disbursements are properly recorded.

Performs payroll audits and prepares documents for various internal/external audits. Prepares required reports and drafts responses to related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Develops core job competencies with existing procedures and keen to learn new processes and systems. Responsible for any of Dubai Shared Services payroll / benefits accounting operations as directed.

First Degree (BSC or Equivalent) in Accounting/Finance; Preference for knowledge in Payroll/Benefits accounting for either US, UK, Australia or Middle East payrolls.

Experience in any ERP system preferably SAP, Workday, Costpoint & MS Dynamics; Experience in any Payroll system; Good Knowledge of Excel and Word functions; Excellent communication skills in English both written and Oral.
