Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Rainbow Properties LLC in Dubai.
The Accountant will be responsible for financial data management, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial information, and maintaining financial records. Additionally, the Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years experience in Real Estate
5 years experience in Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Record-keeping skills
Experience with financial data management and financial software
Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or other relevant certification is a plus
