Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, invoicing clients, handling employee incentives, and assisting with daily accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
👉 Record financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
👉 Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
👉 Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
👉 Handle invoicing and follow up with customers for payments
👉 Manage and process employee incentives, bonuses, and related payroll tasks
👉 Support in month-end and year-end closing processes
👉 Monitor and manage company cash flow and expenses
👉 Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
👉 Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations
👉 Generate financial reports for management review and decision-making

Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
👉 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field
👉 Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
👉 Experience in invoicing, customer follow-up, and payroll/incentive management
👉 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
👉 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
