Urgent Hiring! Position: Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure timely payment of obligations.
- Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Support payroll processing and manage employee-related financial data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of VAT compliance and reporting in the UAE/GCC region.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
