Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and validate all regular/period closing accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
2. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of periodic financial statements.
3. Support auditing activities and assist in the preparation of various schedules related to periodic audits.
4. Perform account reconciliation process on timely basis to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
5. Record all transactions with compliance to VAT and maintain related records accordingly.
6. Manage accounts payables and receivables in coordination with respective stakeholders.
7. Manage all bank correspondences and reconciliations accordingly.
8. Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll and employee final settlements.
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred).
– Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
– ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
