General Accountant (Real-Estate Developer)

We are looking for a real estate developer accountant for our subsidiary company MAK by Al Hadaf (Real Estate Developer) The candidate should be with organizational and accounting tasks to comprehensively support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work experience as an Accountant
• Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs familiarity with finance regulations
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors, organization skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information, financial Accounting duties, and responsibilities ranging from bookkeeping and maintaining accounting schedules/records to monthly closure of accounts, finalization, and year-end financials including an annual financial audit by external auditors
• Issuing of tax invoices and ensuring timely receipt of sale/ lease incomes.
• Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records.
• Managing the bank accounts, Inc. bank reconciliation & and extensive PDC management.
• Processing monthly property-related expenses for payment purposes
• A/C Payables Management Inc. preparing/issuing cheques, TTs & and accounting entries.
• Periodic reconciliation of trial balance.
• Cashflows forecasting
• Monitor owner’s funds’ availability for drawings etc.
• Records of maintenance aspects of the Properties Inc. long-term supplier contracts.
• Value Added Tax Accounting Inc. Tax Invoicing, FTA VAT Returns, KYC, and Go AML.
• All Documentation aspects of the above areas of responsibility.
• Other Accounting Duties & responsibilities as may be delegated from time to time.
• Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Project management abilities, including multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the UAE Real Estate market.

– Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.

– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Knowledge of UAE tax regulations is an advantage.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: AED 8000/-
