Job Overview
As the Head of FP&A and Pricing, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance and pricing strategies of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and Cash Flow (CF) statements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Support expansion plans with business model creation and financial projections.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends and recommending actionable strategies.
- Drive the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus (not mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A and pricing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Power Point and MS Dynamics.
