Job Description/Role

Your tasks

  • Passing of necessary entries in the ERP system/ SAP/ General Ledger to facilitate monthly reporting of financial statements of the companies (P&L and Balance Sheet).
  • Monthly analyses of all main accounts – stocks, creditors, work in progress etc. with a view to finalize the monthly accounts.
  • Accounting for Bank Receipts & Payments in the ERP/SAP and processing of the same in the electronic banking platforms of banks.
  • Review of and processing expense reports and payments, including expense reimbursement.
  • Preparation of month end schedules, analysis & reconciliations and compliance with other requirements for the monthly reporting towards the compilation of Trial Balance and Profit & Loss Accounts.
  • Liaison with the local auditors for statutory audit & authorities as may be required.
  • Ensuring compliance with group accounting & other policies and regulations.
  • Liaison with the finance/ commercial department(s) in Germany, UAE; banks, vendors, customers etc. as may be required.
  • Coordination with banks on, bank receipts, payments etc.
  • Maintaining fixed assets register and updating assets accounts and depreciation run in system.
  • Preparation of commission business schedules, both income and cost/provision.
  • Responsible for inter company reconciliations, payables / receivables and payment to inter companies through Netting platform
  • Preparation of monthly regional reports both division-wise and market segment-wise for management review.
  • Work with the Finance Manager for closing and reporting of the books of accounts monthly.

Your Qualifications

  • CA/CPA/ACCA qualified
  • SAP experience required
  • 7-10 years working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English is primary to round off your profile
  • Driven for results and highly oriented to teamwork and group collaboration
