Job Description/Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies in alignment with Porsche’s values and dealership objectives, enhancing brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all touchpoints through collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing Executives, CRM, Photographer/Videographer, and Social Media Executives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategic brand decisions, leveraging insights to drive competitive advantage.
  • Drive innovative marketing initiatives across digital channels, experiential marketing, and strategic partnerships to differentiate Porsche and enhance brand experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage key stakeholders and build brand advocacy and loyalty.
  • Manage Public Relations and Marketing activities, including event planning and new model launches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record in luxury automotive marketing with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
  • Excellent communication, public relations, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, managing teams effectively.
