Job Description/Role
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models. Analyze financial performance and variances to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company’s liquidity. Oversee cash forecasting, working capital management, and investment strategies.
- Budgeting: Lead the budgeting process, working with various departments to create and consolidate budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support for professional development.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with senior management to develop financial strategies and business plans. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and forecasts to stakeholders, including executives, board members, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or CPA designation preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance management role, preferably within [industry or similar field].
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
