Job Description/Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager for our POSM (Point of Sale Materials) Service Provider Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. They will also be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients that effectively communicate the value proposition of our POSM services.
  • Manage and coach the sales team, including setting targets, providing training, and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure that the sales team meets or exceeds targets for sales volume, customer retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are met and business objectives are achieved.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the POSM or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and data to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.

Education and Qualifications:
