Job Description/Role
Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager for luxury villas and Landscape is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships within the luxury villas and landscaping sectors. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with the design and project management teams to deliver high-quality fit-out and landscape solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit-out and landscape sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Generate and manage leads, proposals, and contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and client satisfaction to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
