Job Description/Role

Job Description: We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager with 2-3 years of freight forwarding experience in Abu Dhabi. The role involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business in freight forwarding.
  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure team targets are met.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Abu Dhabi freight forwarding experience.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
