Job Description/Role
Location: Dubai
Should have valid Emirates ID
Reconciliation of receipts with Outstanding’s.
Experience in shipping and Logistics is mandatory
Details:
• Ensuring reference number in all receipts
• Reconciliation of OTM entries with MML
• OTM Sub-System interface with Fusion – Recon
• SVM Sub-System invoices with Fusion – Recon
• Reconciliation of Inter-Company clearing Accounts
• Reconciliation of Prepaid accounts with DP World, Dubai Customs, DNATA, JAFZA, Dubai Chamber of Commerce etc. (OTM and Fusion)
• Handover of daily jobs during vacation like payment voucher booking, receivables follow ups with customers.
• Feeder Inward TT and Cheque receipt bookings.
Experience
• Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
