Job Description/Role

Senior Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role involves managing HR processes, supporting employee development, and promoting company culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, has strong communication skills, and is committed to building a vibrant workplace.

Must Have Responsibilities:

1) Onboarding/Offboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Manage the visa, work permits, cancellations etc.

2) Employee Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment for all employees.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3) Culture & Engagement:

Organize and promote company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Gather employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Champion company values and encourage a positive work environment.

4) Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
Provide guidance and support for performance improvement plans.
Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure performance management processes are fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational goals.

5)Employee Development & Training:

Identify training and development needs within the organization.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support career development initiatives and performance management processes.

6) HR Policy Development & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Must Qualification –

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– Minimum 4 years experience in HR or People & Culture role in UAE is a must.
– Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
– Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
