Job Description/Role
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage internal agency relationships to efficiently deliver client objectives
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses and industries
- Monitor client activities closely to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
- Identify market needs and challenges, recommending and adapting strategies accordingly
- Proactively seek opportunities and anticipate changes in business trends
- Cultivate strong client relationships, establishing trust and credibility
- Lead the Account Team, promoting collaboration and teamwork
- Support the career development of team members and provide necessary training
- Assist Account Planners by applying market research insights
- Manage budgetary aspects including cash flow and cost controls
- Regularly report to the Account Director on operational progress
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Account Executive in an agency setting
- Preferably, experience in the Automotive Industry
- Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of effective advertising
- Awareness of societal trends and brand interests
- Curiosity and knowledge of interactive/digital marketing strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail payrolls, remittances and filings with appropriate tax authorities/pension providers as required and payments to employees.
- Responsible for meeting the indicated deadlines for each allocated client task.
- Performing tasks in compliance with company policies relating to payroll to ensure requirements are followed consistently and in full for each payroll cycle.
- Performing basic tasks in compliance with employment legislation, data protection and control risk within payroll functions.
- Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
- Client invoicing
- Perform basic standard defined tasks to on-board new clients.
- Participates in payroll related projects when required to do so.
- Provides administrative support to the payroll team as required.
- Attends client meetings as required.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Graduate from Poly/University in Business, HR, Accounting, or related disciplines
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in international companies or professional firms.
