This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager – Tagalog Speaker at Zou Zou Restaurant & Cafe in Dubai, UAE. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role involves collaborating with department heads to support employee development and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Tagalog for effective communication with Tagalog-speaking employees
- Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse cultural environment
- Knowledge in designing and implementing strategy to align policies, practices, and programs.
- Provide People and Culture strategic and operational leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification is a plus
- Immediate Joiner required.
