Job Description/Role

This is Temporary position for 6 months contract. This position plays a vital role in collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting HR data. The role also provides support on Performance and Rewards related activities. Key competencies include data analysis, relationship management, HR process expertise, collaboration, HR systems, and cultural awareness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs
  • Prepare reports of data results in the form of dashboards on an going basis and present findings to senior leadership
  • Ensure system data integrity and accuracy
  • Support the Annual Performance Review process
  • Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC and Compensation modules

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Any Data / Rewards certification is a plus
  • 3 – 5 Years Experience in HR / DATA Analytics / Total Rewards
  • Highly analytical, data driven
  • MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of other data tools such as Power BI; ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Good understanding of HR systems and processes
  • Experience working with an established HRIS (Preferably SuccessFactors)
  • Familiarity with HR operations, such as payroll processing and employee benefits
