Job Description/Role
Premier Choice International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll (if applicable)
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial records
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
• Track and report on key financial metrics
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities
• Stay informed of changes in UAE accounting regulations and best practices
• Utilize Zoho and Otoo software for accounting tasks
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions
• Assist with other financial tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• ACMA and ACCA preferred experience in real estate and construction industry
• 4-5 years of experience as an Accountant in a similar role
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Zoho and Otoo accounting software is a must
• Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
