Job Description/Role

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Analyst at Averi Finance. As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, developing financial models, and managing investment portfolios.

You will also collaborate with internal teams to assess risk and determine the feasibility of potential investments.

Financial Analysis:

-Conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses.
-Preparing pitch books, financial statements, and other client presentations.

Client Interaction:

-Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Due Diligence:

-Performing due diligence on potential transactions.
-Reviewing legal documents, contracts, and financial statements.

Market Research:

-Conducting industry and market research to support transactions and strategic decisions.

Risk Management:

-Assessing and mitigating financial risks associated with transactions.

Regulatory Compliance:

-Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and laws.

Relationship Building:

-Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis
•Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
