Job Description/Role
We are looking for ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated individuals with good experience in EXTERNAL AUDIT to join our accounting team immediately. The individuals will be responsible for managing the audit process from start to finish, providing guidance and support to other team members, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous UAE experience with accounting and audit firms and a flair for perfection in your day-to-day work.
- Responsible for planning and executing audit engagements
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential areas of risk, evaluating controls, and developing recommendations for improvements.
- Compliance with audit standards and regulations
- Developing audit plans and programs
- Managing audit team
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, Xero, QuickBooks.
- Experience till Finalization of Accounts.
- Knowledgeable and practical exposure to various UAE Laws.
- Communication with clients and team to ensure smooth engagements
- Providing recommendations for improvement
Qualifications & Skills Set
- A female or male CPA / CA / ACCA/ Semi Qualified or relevant degree with an Accounting / Auditing background.
- 1- 5 Years UAE Work experience as an Auditor.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
