• We operate two branches in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, employing 30 people, and we plan to expand further in 2024 and 2025.

About the role

• We are looking for an experienced and qualified HR Manager to join our team and lead our HR functions in the UAE.
• You will be responsible for managing payroll, end of service benefits, annual leaves, training, employee engagement, staff insurance, creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, and handling all HR-related matters with the authorities and external partners.
• You will also be involved in recruiting, training, and developing our staff, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
• You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the regional and global HR teams.
• You will be splitting your time between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a HR management role in the UAE, preferably in the health and wellness industry or a similar sector.
• Ability to commute between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, as well as visa and work permit processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• A demonstrated interest in the health and wellness industry and a passion for our mission and values.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Salary and benefits

• The salary range for this position is AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per month, plus other benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and performance bonuses.
