Job Description/Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Finance ERP Business Analyst to join our team. This role will serve as a vital link between our finance and IT functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimization of our ERP system across regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the finance and IT departments for finance business analytic related initiatives and projects within the region.
- Collaborate closely with finance teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective business analytic solutions.
- Work closely with IT teams to implement, customize, and optimize ERP factors and functionalities to meet the finance department’s needs.
- Provide training and support to finance users on ERP processes and functionalities.
- Conduct business analysis and reporting on ERP data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the ERP system to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest ERP features, updates, and best practices, and share knowledge with relevant stakeholders.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field are a must.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and terminology, with the ability to effectively communicate with finance stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects involving ERP implementations or enhancements.
- Proficiency in configuring, implementing and customizing Oracle NetSuite and designing financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
