Job Description/Role
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends.
- Analyze market conditions and competitor activities.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver Official presentations and proposals about Bainkom to potential clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that align with the company’s products or services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, marketing, and product owner and manger, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a professional network and generate business leads.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and key performance indicators (KPIs) set quarterly
- Provide weekly reports to management on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is often preferred).
- 3-5 years experience in business development in Home Decor Market in UAE or GCC.
- Candidate should have UAE residency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Arabic and English speaking is must
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture industry, Building Materials industries is advantage
- UAE Driving license is a plus
