Job Description/Role
Operations Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the operations department.
- Monitor and prioritize workflow to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to maintain high morale and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and analyze reports to track operational performance.
- Resolve operational issues and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review goals and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an operations role, with at least 5-7 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, etc.).
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
