We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven experience in the forex industry to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the forex market, strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of driving sales growth, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Job Description/Role
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the forex market.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
● Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
● Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
● At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role of a tele sales team, managing a team doing outbound sales in sectors such as finance or stock brokerage in Dubai.
● Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Dubai within the tele sales sector, particularly in finance or stock brokerage.
● Fluency in English. Urdu/Hindi is a benefit.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Deep understanding of the forex market.
