Job Description/Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager for a luxury gourmet food company in the UAE. The candidate must have experience working in the relevant industry such as: luxury food and beverage, fine dining, gourmet foodetc.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

– Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape.

– Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

– Lead and mentor the sales staff.

– Identify and develop strategic partnerships.

– Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

– Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

– Proven experience in sales and business development roles.

– Strong understanding of the regional market and industry trends.

– Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

– Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

– Ability to travel within the region as required.

– Bilingual candidates would be preferred (English and Arabic)
