Job Description/Role
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Finance Manager at Medoz Medical Store LLC. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial recommendations to the leadership team. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for managing financial reporting, tax compliance, and risk management. This is an on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Experience managing financial reporting and tax compliance
- Good understanding of risk management and internal controls
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
