Job Description/Role

The Financial Analyst & Asset Manager is responsible for conducting profitability analyses of employees, evaluating their contributions to the company relative to their costs. The role involves managing and evaluating all company assets across various offices, participating in training employees, and developing quarterly KPIs.

  • Employee Profitability Analysis:
  • Conducts analysis of employee profitability by evaluating their contributions against their maintenance costs
  • Works with the HR Manager to assess each employee’s profitability using quarterly performance metrics (KPI)
  • Asset Management:
  • Manages the inventory, evaluation, and control of all company assets across all offices
  • Uses ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics for asset management and financial analysis
  • Performs regular audits and inventories to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset records, including remote offices
  • Conducts periodic checks and updates data in the system as per a self-created schedule
  • Performance:
  • Organizes data management and updates using specialized software (MD365 and others)
  • Implements systems for automatic data updates through integration between different systems
  • Utilizes analytical tools for automatic generation of reports and metrics
  • Recommends and coordinates regular training sessions for employees to ensure they can effectively use new tools and technologies for their work
  • Additional Duties:
  • Conducts performance audits to adjust and update profitability data
  • Engages in continuous improvement of data management systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Provides training and guidance to employees on using performance management tools

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytical tools for report generation
  • Experience in asset management and performance analysis
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and present complex information clearly
