Responsible for the Managing the development, implementation and achievement of national sales targets, working with dealership National and operation managers. Should be a go getter with strong grip of concepts and understanding of all functions of Automobile business. Making sure smooth running of Operations with Controls.
Responsibilities
Monitors ongoing sales trends across the country and provides executive management with regular sales analysis.
- Responsible to communicate with all areas of the company to understand and ensure smooth functioning of end-to-end process.
- Responsible to implement Sales models and calculate profitability and projections.
- Provide in-depth market, industry & competitive analysis & positioning.
- Manage the reporting for entire Sales of entire product line.
- Driving a solution set across cross functional teams (primarily Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, Service and Quality and Marketing Services, ) depending upon the involvement of respective function through market requirements and product positioning.
- Work closely with the sales team for development Sales and Product Strategies.
- Preparing reports for the Managements as required and presenting it on time.
- Timely month closing and system roll over.
- Maintaining the Books of the company as per the accounting standards.
- Coordinating with the Auditors for the yearly audit.
Qualifications
•Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in Relevant industry at the similar position.

•Should possess excellent Leadership Skills with ability to train, Motivate and manage large teams.
