Job Description/Role
What you will get to do (Role & Responsibilities)
- Assist in managing and executing daily BAU operations.
- Perform general administrative duties and coordinating with various departments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, reports, and records.
- Assist in creating and updating process documentation and manuals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of department documents.
- Provide support to the business team with various projects and tasks.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.
- Collaborate with different teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of business operations and administrative processes.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational role is a plus but not required.
- Internship experience in a related field is beneficial.
