Job Description/Role
What you will do:
- Provide high-level coordination with other departments, assist in meeting preparations, and manage diaries, including daily coordination for relevant information.
- Organize travel arrangements and events for the Mall Management team, and assist in employee engagement tasks when necessary.
- Support in writing letters in Arabic, translating documents and reports, and coordinating meetings with authorities to ensure smooth communication during major events.
- Serve as the Ariba Administrator, raise PR/SRFs/LPOs, coordinate with CP/Finance, and maintain the LPO tracker for timely closure of LPOs.
- Back up the Line Manager and Support Team, manage incoming and outgoing mail/documents, and provide reception support as needed.
- Assist in organizing events for the Mall Management team to strengthen office culture and act as a liaison with authorities during major events.
