Job Description/Role
Responsibilities:
- Manages all operational aspects of the area including productivity, cost, planning and daily business processes.
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
- Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Act as single point of contact for all assigned Property Owners & Guests to ensure the service is provided.
- Provide end-to-end account management from first contact including advising on business set-up.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in the systems for proper access and ease of retrieval and liaison with the administration team to ensure smooth establishment of confirmed application processing.
- Assist in Developing processes in the department to ensure smooth and hassle-free environment for Landlords and provide recommendations to the management to develop ideas of improvement
- Keep updated database of landlords & guests and maintain the availability list.
- Record all guests’ complaints and keep a log for all incoming queries and respond to the queries within the specified time limit to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Recommend and assist relevant departments in arranging for activities and events to promote networking amongst property owners to encourage long term partnerships.
- Coordinate with the Facilities Management team to ensure fit out, ACs, facilities, security, parking, keys, Smart locks and access services are timely completed and implemented to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide research support to senior management in understanding the field and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with personnel in internal departments (accounting, operation, Marketing, etc) to ensure efficient and swift follow up.
- Relationship with external real estate agents including agreements with legal department.
- Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
- Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors
- Self-motivated and results-driven
