Job Description/Role

Green Belt INT’L Company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-based structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base by prospecting for new projects, visiting job sites, and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities by visiting construction sites, primarily villas and residential buildings and networking within jobsite personnel.
  • Lead Generation: Recognize and connect with contractors and project owners, to introduce our product offerings.
  • Sales Execution: Promote and sell sanitary ware and ceramic tiles to residential and commercial projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and strong negotiation skills.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, market conditions, and project developments to the Sales Director.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in selling building materials, with a strong preference for those with experience in sanitary ware and ceramic tiles.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market and an understanding of local construction projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with various stakeholders. Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Residency: Must have their own valid residency visa.
  • Transportation: Own car required for visiting job sites and meeting clients.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a commission-based environment.
