Position Overview:
As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with local MEA regulations, supporting strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and regular account reconciliations
- Lead budget preparation and financial forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on budget variances
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, and prepare and submit tax returns
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance management experience, preferably in IT distribution
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
