Accounts Officer Required in INKAS Armored
Job Responsibilities:
– Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
– Handle accounts payable duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices, payments, and reconciliation.
– Maintain accurate and complete records of financial transactions, including bank statements, ledgers, and invoices.
– Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts on a regular basis to support decision-making processes.
– Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate funds are available for operational needs and investment opportunities.
– Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans, providing input on expenditure trends and variances.
– Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall financial performance.
– Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
– Conduct periodic audits of financial data to identify discrepancies or irregularities and implement corrective actions as needed.
– Support the finance department in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team objectives.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in accounting and finance to continuously improve job performance.
