Job Overview:
As a Financial Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and strategic success of our company. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in strategic financial management, financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the accepted motivational scheme within the company.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain the accepted motivational scheme within the company
- Work closely with all the teams: collect their KPIs data and manage budgets for motivational schemes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee accurate and timely financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports, interpreting data for decision-making.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in financial workflows.
- Collaborate on business plans and provide accurate financial projections.
- Utilize Excel, 1C, and analytics tools for data-driven insights.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong strategic financial management skills.
- Expertise in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting.
- Expertise in business process automation.
- Strong experience working on business planning, sales performance evaluation, forecasting and budgeting techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel, 1C, and other financial data analytics tools.
- Fluent Russian (Russian-speaking team) and English.
