Finance Manager Required in Al Barakah Dates Factory LLC
Job Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the financial operations of Al Barakah Dates Factory LLC, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
– Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the company’s growth objectives and optimize financial performance.
– Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to senior management, stakeholders, and external parties as required.
– Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide insights into the company’s financial health and support decision-making processes.
– Monitor and analyze financial KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
– Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure adequate funding for operations and strategic initiatives.
– Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, collections, and credit management.
– Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders, such as departments heads and project managers, to support budgeting, planning, and cost control activities.
– Collaborate with external parties, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and reporting obligations.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, creditors, suppliers, and other business partners to facilitate financing arrangements and optimize terms.
– Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting the financial landscape, and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures accordingly.
– Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance function to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
– Support strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, and expansion projects, by providing financial expertise and analysis.
– Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all financial activities and interactions, serving as a role model for the finance team and the broader organization.
