HSE Officer Required in Grankraft
Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
– Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
– Provide training to employees on HSE protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment.
– Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
– Collaborate with management and staff to develop and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE initiatives and recommend improvements as necessary.
– Keep abreast of changes in HSE regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
– Coordinate with external agencies, such as regulatory bodies and emergency responders, as needed.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities, including incident reports, training records, and inspection findings.
– Participate in emergency response drills and provide support during actual emergencies.
– Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
– Serve as a resource for employees regarding HSE-related questions and concerns.
– Support the procurement of appropriate safety equipment and materials.
– Communicate HSE goals, objectives, and performance metrics to all levels of the organization.
– Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.
