Admin Assistant Required in Raban Al Safina
Job Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
– Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
– Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
– Monitor office operations and coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
– Develop and maintain a filing system.
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
– Maintain contact lists.
– Book travel arrangements.
– Submit and reconcile expense reports.
– Provide general support to visitors.
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
– Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
– Perform other administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, and filing documents.
– Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
– Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
– Assist in organizing company events or team building activities.
– Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
– Comply with all company policies and procedures.
– Perform other related duties as assigned.
