Job Responsibilities:
– Perform day-to-day accounting activities such as invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
– Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
– Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
– Manage general ledger entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
– Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support company financial goals.
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
– Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
– Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
– Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
– Participate in financial reporting and analysis for management reporting purposes.
– Support external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
