Job Responsibilities:
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff, within the designated territory.
– Promote company products and services to healthcare professionals through effective communication and presentations.
– Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and availability to healthcare professionals.
– Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities to promote products and educate medical staff.
– Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and maximize sales performance.
– Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and objectives.
– Plan and organize promotional events, product demonstrations, and medical conferences to increase product awareness and visibility.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations during all sales and promotional activities.
– Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents accurately and timely.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering product training when necessary.
– Continuously update knowledge of medical products, industry trends, and treatment guidelines through training programs and self-study.
– Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all business interactions.
