Sales Manager Secondary Market and Off Plan

Job description

XSELL Real Estate is looking for a sales Manager specialized in the secondary market and Off Plan who will be able to shoulder the responsibility of developing and managing a team. The ideal candidate will oversee organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. He/ She will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and manage all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development.

Develop effective training programs that teaches sales agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.

Conduct regular training sessions with sales agents to improve their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.

Identify areas of improvement for individual sales agents and provide coaching and feedback to help them meet their targets.

Monitor and track the progress of each sales agent to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve sales performance.

Work with the sales leadership team to set and track performance metrics for the sales team.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment of messaging and customer experience.

Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

Set individual sales targets with the sales team.

Work on sales scripts with agents.

Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.

Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.

Plan and direct sales team training.

Control expenses and monitor budgets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in sales training or sales management, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume sales team

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire sales agents.

Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies, as well as sales metrics and KPIs

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus!

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Should have a driving license and car.

Russian language is a plus.

This role is a commission-based role only.
