Overview of the role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in SAP ERP Projects especially S/4HANA to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and requirements and translating them into effective solutions within the SAP S/4HANA platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to gather and document business needs, perform gap analysis, and propose innovative solutions to enhance business operations.

What you will do:

 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify functional and technical requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementation or enhancements.
  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop functional specifications, enable performance of system testing, and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Provide a robust training framework and support to end-users during and post-implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA capabilities, advancements and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

About the Team:

What equips you for the role:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations, particularly in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing domains.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities, including but not limited to Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Finance and Reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
