Finance Manager

Job Description
Provide input to and lead implementation of Controlling & Budgeting plans and programs to understand and analyze activities concerned with budgets, financial reports, forecasts, direct and indirect costs, actual vs. budgeted and cost variance analysis.
Responsible for developing and using financial forecast systems. This highly analytical and technically adept individual provides financial and budgetary forecasts for the country to Business Leaders, Region Lead and Area Management for use in short and long-term company financial and budgetary planning, ensuring reporting system interoperability and data integrity
Job Responsibilities
- Provide input to and implement Controlling & Budgeting plans and programs aligned to manage the function of preparing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- Prepare, develop and formulate all policies and processes related to direct and indirect costs, actual vs. budgeted and cost variance analysis by category /Market performance
- Liaise with the Country General Manager as first point of contact as a Finance Business Partner.
- Provide Financial evaluations for new product launches as well as pre/post promotion evaluations.
- Understand and analyze ongoing budgeting and controlling processes like revenue/expense budgets, direct and indirect costs, actual vs. budgeted and cost variance analysis identifying any need for improvement and implementing programs and policies that better suit the needs of Galderma
- Guide and consult Country General Manager and relevant stakeholders in controlling & budgeting related matters with focus on operational activities
- Provide analysis to enhance pricing and promo strategies within different market and customers
- May influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across Galderma
- Cooperate with and coordinate activities with external service providers
- Advise and guide customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in financial steward ship and business performance responsibility
- Financial Planning & Analysis Experience
- Managerial ( preferably with MNC) experience
- Experience designing and operating financial reporting and forecasting systems
- Excellent analytical ability
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to clearly
- present financial data in reports distributed to regional and global officers
- University degree in Finance , Accounting , Business, or related field
- Advanced Degree/ Post graduate (preferred)
