Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and be passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
1. **Employee Onboarding:**
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to company policies and culture.
2. **HR Administration:**
– Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Support HR processes, including employee attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits administration.
3. **Recruitment Support:**
– Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate interviews, conduct initial screenings, and support the recruitment process.
4. **Employee Relations:**
– Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and open work environment.
– Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to HR management when necessary.
5. **Training and Development:**
– Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
– Assist in identifying training needs and implementing initiatives to enhance employee skills.
6. **HR Communication:**
– Support internal HR communication initiatives, including announcements, policy updates, and employee engagement activities.
7. **Compliance:**
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Assist in HR audits and maintain awareness of changes in employment legislation.
8. **Data Management:**
– Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR support role.
– Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
