Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Asyan Properties in Dubai.
The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, tax filing, and internal audits.
The Accountant will also ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles and standards
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Experience in financial statement preparation and tax filing
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is a plus
