The Role
The primary purpose of the role is to provide efficient, effective and proactive accounts receivable and payable and administration support to the TRSS Finance and TRSS management team.
Principal Responsibilities
- Full control on the accounts receivable process including but not limited to rebates, recharges, calculations and reconciliation.
- Proactively pursue debtors for appropriate payments on time.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection.
- Coordinate and manage payments with internal stakeholders and proactively follow up when required.
- Coordinate and manage the local accounts payable function for non-stock payments.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with local suppliers, vendors to ensure all stakeholders are aware of payment situations.
- Review payments to investigate processing status.
- Supporting the TRSS Finance team with on-going activities including administration.
- Supporting the adherence to internal financial controls and accuracy.
- Assist in supporting compliance with all Regulatory and Statutory obligations related to the Business.
- Assist with cash office requirements and tasks on airport when required.
- Ensuring effective and timely communication within the department and across the business regarding financial and business-related matters.
- Maintain good working relationships with all key stakeholders including AvSec, Customs, Airport and always follow airport regulations and procedures.
- Be committed to following health and safety policy and procedures.

Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- At least two years’ experience working in a similar Accounts Payable role in a retail or commercial organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to articulate complex processes and concepts.
- Excellent analytical and computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (Navision an advantage).
- Commercial experience.
- Experience in meeting deadlines, coordinating activities, and escalating risks and issues
