Job Responsibilities
- Manage all financial transactions
- Maintain Petty Cash
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions & follow up.
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Online Banking and Cheque preparation.
- Assist with internal and external financial audits as needed.
- Ensure the company’s financial practices are in line with industry standards.
- Process payroll through WPS accurately
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
